The Fidonews at a Glance

Back to normal again this week. First out is "A Slanted Look at BBSs" by Frank Vest. Does anyone still remember this thing called a BBS? Then we've reached day ten of the "2002 Off Centre Rally - The Big U", the trip around Australia article, sent in by David Drummond.

In a guest editorial, another one from Frank. A recommendation, "Using the Fidonews". Someone who followed this recommendation is Todd Cochrane, unfortunately it's a little late (it should have appeared in last week's issue, but due to certain circumstances this didn't happen. "FTSC ELECTION UNDERWAY" is the name of this article about a current event.

Sent in as a joke, I thought "How kids used to live" was better suited in Warren Bonner's own column.

Carol makes a sauce, mainly for cooking meat, she's named the recipe "Lood Meat".

A child joke sent to me by Ward Dossche, "Doggy story" can be found in the jokes section. I'm not sure if it was intended for the Snooze, but here it is anyway.

And finally Frank makes a plug for "Collin County Station BBS" in the classified ad's section.
