I learned some lessons over the last two days.

• Lesson One: While bring some snacks into the living room Saturday night, my overloaded right hand fumbled an item off my right side. I caught it before it fell a foot, with my left hand.
  • Lesson: I am still quick as blazes when push comes to shove.

• Lesson Two: By the end of the night my back was stiff, and by morning I could hardly move. Only hours of painkillers, heat, and careful working got me mobile.
  • Lesson, I am not in good enough condition to be quick as blazes.

Anyone know a good body shop? I need a new one.
