Some "News" things.

My original goal when I accepted the Fidonews Editor position was to improve the Fidonews. Not saying that it was bad... just that I think everyone wants to improve things.

One way I hoped to improve the Fidonews was to get people involved in submitting articles. To some degree, that has both happened and not happened. Anyway, in hopes of getting some articles... or at least some news, I've added two sections to the Fidonews. I thought I'd try them out and see what happens.

One is a "Regional News" section for such things as... well... Regional News. :) Does your Region create a "Regional Newsletter?? How about something that has happened in your Region. Maybe an announcement of a new Net formed or a new Node added? Could be a Regional election... or the results of one.

The other area is "Net News". This follows the "Regional News" area, but more for Nets. Same idea applies.

So.... If your Region or Net has some news. send it in. :-)
