I received a message with an article in it. The person was asking what the file extension should be since it wasn't listed in the "Guidelines for Submissions" section. Taking that as a hint, I've updated that section to better reflect the sections in the Fidonews.

It should be noted that although the order listed in the "Submissions" section are valid, not all sections have submissions every week. Therefore, the order might appear out of order. :-)
