BBQ Sauce
From Frank Vest

3/4 c castup
2 tblsp onion salt
1 tblsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 c water
3 tblsp vinegar
2 1/2 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Heat and use to baste meat or fish. Yields 2 cups.
