The Fidonet Zone Coordinator's Council (ZCC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ward Dossche to the position of International Coordinator (IC). The new IC was elected by an absolute majority of Zone Coordinators as required by Policy.

The International Coordinator is the "first among equals" Zone Coordinator and acts as the chair of the Zone Coordinator Council. The full duties of the IC position are described in the Fidonet Policy document.
