I don't know why but ZEC2 has resigned again. I have confirmed the resignation but not the reason. Steve has completely left FidoNet this time and rumor has it Zone 2 is beginning a ZEC election over there. It's only a rumor [the election, that is] because FidoNews is often the last to know. [sigh]

The holiday season is about to come upon us all again. If you have any happy items to uplift the FidoNet world, don't hesitate to send them in. I'll be publishing them as the various holidays come up. No doubt there are several hundred versions of the Night Before Christmas parodies that make the rounds every year. It wouldn't be right if we didn't annoy everyone anew each season. [snicker]
