Usually reliable sources have informed me that MSN is soon to announce a new beta program for its user interface. Code named "Tatooine", the project will require the full participation of all current beta testers. This may require you to upgrade your system to accommodate Tatooine's new features.

System requirements: Cray Mark 1 supercomputer running Windows 2010, at least 128 Megs Ram, 15 Gigs hard disc space, laser holographic projection system, 'ride-in' gyroscope (of the type seen at county fairs or amusement parks), VRML body suit, thought recognition software or similar pointing device, T1 Internet connection dedicated for MSN use only.

Those without the above configuration can attempt to run Tatooine on their current system, but your online experience may be slow. Note: substitute a piece of plywood balanced on a bowling ball for the gyroscope and pair of cardboard sunglasses with one red and one green lens for body suit. New features in Tatooine include a holographic mailman (a tall, lanky fellow with glasses who answers to "Bill") who uses the latest "push" technology to deliver mail to your desktop - your real desktop, not your monitor! Tatooine will also alert you automatically to developing El Ninos, impending Imperial Stormtrooper raids and the approach of any Borg vessels. Due to the highly technical nature of Tatooine, the MSN development team decided that the term "bug" was insufficient to describe problems. Included with Tatooine Beta will be a new MSN "Tribble" reporting program for such events.

Interesting note: it is rumored that Bill Gates new mansion cost so much to build because he was installing a pre-Beta ("Omega") of Tatooine. You will receive your Tatooine software parcel post COD from a central mail drop facility in Bosnia. The Tatooine Beta development team actively solicits your suggestions for features.
